This MoraModules web page is a guide through the domains and competencies of the CSET Languages Other Than English (LOTE) Subtest IV to prepare for the examination. These test domains are defined by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (2008). This page is also a content guide for professors of teacher education and credential programs who teach courses about educating English Language Learners in bilingual education or dual language programs and classrooms. The focus on these modules is on Spanish/English biliteracy instruction.
